We are committed to providing a fun, healthy environment based on mutual respect among players, and between players and coaches. We are based on a foundation of values and principles that apply to all levels, and all members of our Football Program.
The primary objectives of the Club are: To provide a positive experience for every child. We are committed to providing a fun, healthy environment based on mutual respect among players, and between players and coaches. Swearing, spitting, bullying is not part of Fighting Irish Football (this applies to coaches, players and parents). We will not ridicule or humiliate your child. If our coaches raise their voices, it will be in an instructional sense and as a last resort in the demonstrative coaching point.
To promote fair play and sportsmanship by providing a program emphasizing enhancement of discipline, good character and citizenship. The coach’s first consideration will always be the safety of the players.
To ensure continuous improvement of your child’s knowledge and skill at the sport of football. Our goal is to ensure that your child will be a better football player at the end of the season compare to the beginning.
Experience competition in both a practice and game setting. Every child will have equal opportunity to participate and improve during practices. Please be assured that during the drills that require tackling or blocking of the other players, coaches will ensure that players of equal size and skill are paired against each other. Every player will contribute to the team in a game situation in accordance with their skill, level of maturity, and in a position(s) they play. Although not always possible, we will strive for equal playing time for all players.
